Telavento brings together two Italian words: tela (cloth) and vento (wind).

We liked the thought of fabric moving in the breeze. It felt right for clothes you'll want to wear, not save for best.

We like clothes that make an impression without making a fuss.

We care about the cut and texture, but we also want clothes you feel comfortable wearing.

Cut and fit come first. We look at how a blazer sits and how a coat hangs.

The fabric matters just as much. It changes how a piece looks and feels to wear.

You'll find merino wool and cashmere blends in some pieces, and wool in others.

We look at how a fabric feels, how it falls and how the garment is finished.

Our collections are small on purpose.

We choose carefully and buy in limited quantities. We'd rather find pieces we love than fill the rails for the sake of it.
