All prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP). The displayed checkout total is the amount you pay, including any applicable charges. Standard delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is free. Items or accessories not included in a product are identified in its description.

To order, choose the available item and size, add it to your bag, review the items and quantities, enter delivery details, then check the total and use the Pay button. You can correct your bag and delivery details before paying. Payment is handled securely by Stripe using the methods displayed at checkout. Clicking Pay places an order with an obligation to pay.

Orders and customer communications are in English. A successful payment and order confirmation confirm your purchase. We send your order details and the applicable shopping conditions by email so you can keep them. You can also save or print these pages. If you spot an error or do not receive confirmation, contact us.

Availability is shown for the selected item. A request about an out-of-stock item or future collection is an enquiry, not a paid order or reservation. We will not charge for an enquiry. You may separately opt in to email updates about that item and unsubscribe through the link in the email.

Our collection is selected from suppliers in Italy. This does not mean every item was manufactured in Italy. Product information distinguishes confirmed details from information still being checked. Some gallery images are created or edited with AI and are identified as such; they do not override the description or your right to receive goods as described.
